Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is a American model, songwriter, singer and actress. Her most famous work is her part in the CW television series Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and also as the lead singer in The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's songs have been featured in the film and television series such as How to Be a Single and the show Going the Mile. Taylor Momsen was born on June 26, 1993. She has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. Taylor Momsen was a student at the Center of Creative Arts, St. Louis. Her first professional role was in a Shake 'n Bake national commercial at the age three. Momsen's acting career came to a halt for over three years, until she landed her first lead role on Misconceptions, a WB show Misconceptions. Momsen played a part in Saving Shiloh which was a film from 2006. Her audition for Hannah Montana was top 3. Miley gained the role.
