Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is writer of many popular American cooking books. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. It is on since 2002. Ina Garten began her career as a journalist at the White House where she wrote the nuclear energy policy and budget documents. Her first impression was that her job as stimulating intellectually, however, she eventually lost interest and bought a small food specialty store named Barefoot Contessa. After 18 years of making her store a huge success, she decided to sell it and started creating her first novel. The cookbooks were followed by many more, and magazines columns which were added. Another success came from her Food Network Television show. The company also offers a wide range of product from cooking ingredients as well as storage containers and equipment. Ina did not go to a cooking institute and hasn't worked in restaurants. She is self-taught. Ina's easygoing style of entertaining and her straightforward culinary style is widely known. Her most famous recipes are Lemon chicken skeillet-roasted as well as Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
